This website is created by the site administrator, who is currently training to become a sushi chef, in order to deepen their knowledge of fish.

For those overseas who are trying sushi for the first time, as well as those in Japan who would like to learn more about sushi,
we provide clear, easy-to-understand summaries of sushi history and the fish used as sushi toppings.

As I am still in the process of learning, if you notice any errors, I would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly let me know. I will review and correct them promptly.

If you have any requests such as “I would like to know about this,” please feel free to let me know.
I will research the topic and compile it into an article as part of my own studies as well.

About the Manager

He is training to become a sushi chef.
Currently working as a Japanese cook in a seafood restaurant. I started this site to gain a deeper understanding of the fish I handle on a daily basis.
Based on my experience and learning in the field, I am compiling my knowledge of fish and sushi.
